As they are empowered, they, in turn, become mentors and torchbearers for others, igniting a chain reaction of empowerment and transformation.

Our vision is rooted in the promise of Joel 2:28, where God declares, “And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.”
We envision a mega multiplication of prophetesses, teachers, evangelists, and leaders emerging from the ranks of Lead Her Ship, fulfilling their divine destinies and impacting the world for Christ.
Mission
Lead Her Ship is on a mission to engage women in a dynamic study of divine patterns and callings within the body of Christ. Through intensive training and mentorship programs, we aim to equip the saints with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual insight needed to excel in their respective spheres of influence.
Our goal is to diminish the ranks of civilians and exponentially multiply soldiers of Christ, ready to stand firm in their faith and lead others into the fullness of God’s purpose.
